Experiencing frequent resets or errors?
If you previously owned another handheld, you had the option during installation to move these applications to your new Palm T|X handheld. The applications should now be in place after the HotSync operation. However, the Palm T|X uses a new file architecture that may conflict with older versions of third-party software.
Signs of incompatibility include: resets, fatal errors, fatal alerts and locking up. Visit Knowledge Library article 40486 if you see this behavior after transferring your old applications to your new Palm T|X handheld.
